1. Open email from me & complete that day's task. Easy, peasy.
2. Share what you did via social media (Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram) by posting a pic or comment about the particular challenge. (i.e. If the task was to try a new workout, perhaps you post a pic on Instagram of you getting your Downward-dog on or maybe tweet about your sweaty Zumba class) Only rule is you must tag Healthy Chicks in each post, so I can track your success & you can motivate others!

3. Win fun prizes to celebrate your achievements! At the end of the week I'll reward one superstar challenger with a Wellness Package from yours truly. Bonus points for being creative and commenting & supporting one another throughout the challenge.
